How hard is it to cancel Butternut Box?

Butternut Box lets customers stop their subscription fully online: log in, open the profile icon, choose Account details and click the pause subscription button, complete an exit survey, then click Stop my subscription. The help centre states pausing is the same as cancelling and there is no cancellation fee. Cancelling before the next box's cut-off avoids that charge; after the cut-off the next box is still charged and delivered. Once a box has been charged and dispatched the funds cannot be returned. The account is retained so customers can order ad-hoc boxes.
