How hard is it to cancel Busuu?

Website subscribers can cancel online by going to Settings > Subscription > Cancel Premium; app-store subscribers must cancel through their respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). Cancellation stops auto-renewal and access continues until the end of the current paid period with no partial refund for unused time. A 14-day money-back guarantee applies to the initial purchase only; renewals are non-refundable, and if the service was already used within the 14-day window the refund is prorated for the value already consumed. Busuu does not offer a subscription pause feature.
