How hard is it to cancel Builder.io?

A dedicated documentation page gives the exact self-serve path: 'Go to your Space Settings. Click the Subscription tab. Click Manage Subscription. Choose Cancel Plan.' Timing is stated plainly: 'When you cancel your subscription, it remains active until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, your account will move to the Free plan at the end of the billing period.' Refund handling is less consistent: the SaaS Services Agreement states 'Upon any termination, Customer shall not be entitled to any refund of any paid or prepaid Fees', while the docs direct users to email [email protected] to request one, typically settled in 5-10 business days. Subscriptions installed through Shopify cannot be cancelled in Builder's dashboard and require uninstalling the app in Shopify admin.
