How hard is it to cancel BugSnag (SmartBear)?

BugSnag's documentation states that a subscription is cancelled from the organization settings via Manage billing then Cancel my subscription, after which the organization is downgraded to the limited Free Plan and will not be charged again unless it later upgrades. The documentation does not state a refund policy or a required notice period.
