BritBox UK is cancelled self-serve from the website by signing in, opening Account Settings / Subscription & billing, and selecting Cancel subscription; cancellation cannot be done from the smart TV or mobile apps. If signed up through a third party (Apple, Amazon, a TV provider), the subscriber must cancel through that channel instead. There is no notice period beyond the current cycle: access continues until the end of the already-paid billing period and no further charge is taken. BritBox does not issue refunds or pro-rated credit for the unused part of a billing period. The BritBox UK privacy notice (operated by ITV) documents data-subject rights including erasure and provides [email protected] for requests.
