How hard is it to cancel Boxwalla?

Boxwalla subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by navigating to My Subscriptions in the account dashboard and clicking Cancel, no phone call or email required. Cancellations must be submitted by the 14th of the month preceding the shipment month (11:59 p.m. PST); requests after this deadline take effect the following cycle. Subscription boxes are non-refundable if a customer dislikes the contents, but defective items can be addressed by contacting support; retail products may be returned unopened within 30 days of shipping. No subscription pause option is available.
