How hard is it to cancel Bouygues Telecom?
Bouygues Telecom scores 80/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the FR — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), in-app, phone, postal mail, email.
Bouygues Telecom subscribers can cancel online via the web customer account or mobile app (mandated by French law since June 2023): navigate to the line, select 'Gérer ma ligne' > 'Je n'ai plus besoin de ma ligne', choose a reason and date, then confirm. Cancellation takes effect within 10 days of request receipt. Early-termination fees apply within the commitment period: 20% of remaining monthly fees for contracts signed from 1 January 2023 (previously 25%); B&YOU no-commitment plans carry a flat €5 fee. The final closing invoice includes a pro-rata refund for any unused days paid in advance. Phone (1064), postal mail, and email ([email protected]) are also accepted channels.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
