How hard is it to cancel Borrowell?

Borrowell members deactivate their account self-serve in the mobile app via Account Settings > Edit Your Profile > Manage Account; paid products such as Credit Builder must be cancelled separately (with no cancellation fee) and refunded equity is returned within about 5 business days.
