Boost Mobile AU is prepaid with no contract or exit fee. To cancel, message Boost (7am-11pm AEST) or call 125 8881; there is no cancellation fee. To keep a number, port it out via the new carrier (Australia transfers the number directly, no PAC), which automatically cancels Boost auto recharge; Boost charges no port fee. Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
