Book of the Month members can cancel their subscription online via their account, by phone at 1-888-784-2670 (M-F 9am-5pm EST), or by emailing [email protected]. The cancellation flow is multi-step and presents a pause option before confirming cancellation. After cancellation, unused credits remain redeemable for 60 days before expiring. Refunds on membership fees are available only for members who have shipped 0-1 boxes and request within 90 days of the charge; no refunds are issued after 2 or more boxes have shipped.
