Last reviewed 2026-06-06 · Documented-Policy tier · grade B

BluTV (rebranded as Max in Turkey on April 15, 2025) can be cancelled online via the account page on the website (web/mobile-web only — not available in the mobile app); in-app purchase subscribers cancel through Apple iTunes or Google Play. There is no commitment period and no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, so access continues until that date and no refund or proration is issued for the remaining period. To avoid the next charge, cancellation must be completed before the next billing date.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
