How hard is it to cancel Birchbox?

Subscribers can cancel online via account Manage Subscriptions, by email to [email protected], or by scheduling a call with a Discovery Specialist. Month-to-month cancellations take effect at the next billing cycle; prepaid and commitment-plan (3/6/12-month) subscribers cannot cancel mid-term but can opt out of auto-renewal. All sales are final and non-refundable once billed, though Birchbox may accommodate a refund if contacted immediately after signup before the first box enters fulfillment. Gift subscriptions cannot be canceled and pre-paid fees are non-refundable.
