How hard is it to cancel Binge?
Binge scores 80/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the AU — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), app-store, third-party-billing.
Binge (Streamotion/Foxtel) is cancelled self-serve on the web at binge.com.au: log in, open My Account then Manage Subscription / Subscription & Billing and select Cancel Subscription, confirming through retention prompts (cannot be done in the app on mobile/TV). Service continues to the end of the current billing cycle and Binge operates a no-refund policy for partial months, so no pro-rata refund is given; auto-renewal applies unless cancelled, and cancelling at least 24 hours before renewal is advised. Subscriptions via Apple, Google Play or telco bundles (e.g. Telstra) must be cancelled through that provider. A cancelled account can be reactivated later from My Account.

- Account/data deletion: Cancellation does not delete the account; account/personal-data deletion is governed by Binge's (Streamotion/Foxtel) privacy policy rather than the cancel flow. https://help.binge.com.au/

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
