Shipments can also be skipped for 1–3 months or delivery frequency adjusted without canceling. Cancellations must be made before the next shipment processes, as Billie does not issue refunds for orders already packed or shipped. Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 45 days for a refund; shipping costs are non-refundable.
