How hard is it to cancel Bilibili?
Bilibili scores 82/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the CN — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), app-store.
Bilibili Premium runs on an auto-renewal model that the user authorises when subscribing (monthly, quarterly or annual) and may cancel at any time at their own discretion; the renewal stays effective until cancelled. Cancellation is managed on the 'Manage Automatic Renewal' page (bilibili.tv/vip/contract) or through the payment store, and the agreement states the auto-renewal subscription must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the displayed deduction date or it will renew and be charged. Apple users cancel via Settings > Subscriptions > BiliBili and Android users via Google Play > Subscriptions > BiliBili. Once Premium is activated it cannot be transferred or refunded except for a significant service defect, other Bilibili breach, or where law requires; on termination, generated-but-unused Premium rights are cleared without refund.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
