Bilibili Premium runs on an auto-renewal model that the user authorises when subscribing (monthly, quarterly or annual) and may cancel at any time at their own discretion; the renewal stays effective until cancelled. Cancellation is managed on the 'Manage Automatic Renewal' page (bilibili.tv/vip/contract) or through the payment store, and the agreement states the auto-renewal subscription must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the displayed deduction date or it will renew and be charged. Apple users cancel via Settings > Subscriptions > BiliBili and Android users via Google Play > Subscriptions > BiliBili. Once Premium is activated it cannot be transferred or refunded except for a significant service defect, other Bilibili breach, or where law requires; on termination, generated-but-unused Premium rights are cleared without refund.

How to cancel Bilibili

  • Channels: online (self-serve), app-store
  • Official cancellation page: https://www.bilibili.com/blackboard/protocal/big-protocol-en.html
  • Pause/freeze: not offered. No subscription pause is documented; Premium access ends at expiry and any auto-renewal instruction remains valid until the user cancels it.
  • Refund policy: https://www.bilibili.com/blackboard/protocal/big-protocol-en.html
  • Account/data deletion: On account/Premium termination, generated-but-unused Premium rights are cleared without refund and account data handling follows Bilibili's privacy policy; account closure is via Personal Center. https://www.bilibili.com/blackboard/protocal/big-protocol-en.html

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights, scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
