How hard is it to cancel BetterSleep?
BetterSleep scores 73/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US, a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via in-app, online (self-serve).
BetterSleep subscriptions can be cancelled through the platform where they were purchased: iOS users cancel via the BetterSleep app (Profile > Account > Subscription > Manage > Cancel) or Apple device Settings; Android users cancel via Google Play; and web subscribers cancel at my.bettersleep.com under Profile > Settings > Account > Manage Subscription. Cancellation must occur at least 24-48 hours before the end of the trial or billing period to avoid the next charge, and Premium access continues until the period ends. Subscriptions are generally non-refundable but BetterSleep reviews requests case-by-case; iOS refunds go through Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) and Android refunds within 48 hours through Google Play directly. Deleting an account or personal data is explicitly not the same as cancelling a subscription.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights, scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
