How hard is it to cancel Bespoke Post?
Bespoke Post scores 75/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), email, phone.
Members can cancel online by navigating to the Membership tab, clicking 'Modify My Membership,' and confirming cancellation through all steps; cancellation can also be requested by email ([email protected]) or text (914-326-2765). Cancellation is effective the 1st of the month following the request, meaning members retain perks until then but may still be charged for any shipment not separately opted out of before the monthly deadline (~5th of month). No refunds are issued for charges already incurred prior to the effective cancellation date. A monthly skip/pause option is available online, allowing members to skip individual shipments without cancelling.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
