How hard is it to cancel Benzinga Pro?
Benzinga Pro scores 66/100 (grade C) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a partially documented cancellation policy with notable gaps. Cancellation is available via email.
All Benzinga Pro accounts are set to auto-renew, and cancellation is NOT self-serve in-account: subscribers must contact support via the chat bubble or email [email protected] to cancel. To avoid further charges after the initial period, the account must be cancelled before the next billing cycle begins. A full refund is available only on annual subscriptions (including annual renewals) when requested within the first 7 days of payment. Monthly subscriptions, discounted introductory pricing, bundles, and promotional packages are excluded from the refund guarantee (promo purchases are final sale, though an equal-value credit toward another Benzinga service may be requested).

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
