Belong customers can cancel mobile, internet, and data-plan services entirely online by logging into their account and selecting 'Cancel service', no phone call is required. For mobile cancellations, customers must submit the request at least one business day before their next invoice date to avoid further charges; for internet, billing ceases on the requested disconnect date though the service may remain active for up to 48 hours after. Belong does not offer pro-rata refunds for unused days in a billing cycle, and unactivated SIMs may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Fixed-term plans (12 or 24 months) cancelled early may incur an early termination charge.
