Last reviewed 2026-06-06 · Documented-Policy tier · grade B

Belong customers can cancel mobile, internet, and data-plan services entirely online by logging into their account and selecting 'Cancel service' — no phone call is required. For mobile cancellations, customers must submit the request at least one business day before their next invoice date to avoid further charges; for internet, billing ceases on the requested disconnect date though the service may remain active for up to 48 hours after. Belong does not offer pro-rata refunds for unused days in a billing cycle, and unactivated SIMs may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Fixed-term plans (12 or 24 months) cancelled early may incur an early termination charge.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
