Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — the subscription is not renewed but access continues through the paid term. All fees are explicitly non-refundable with no proration, except in the narrow case where Beehiiv materially reduces core functionality. A 14-day free trial is offered on new accounts to evaluate paid features before committing.
