How hard is it to cancel Beauty Pie?

Beauty Pie members can cancel online at any time via the 'Membership & Billing' section of their account, or through the mobile app under Me > Settings > Membership Management. Phone (+44 808 164 8264) and email ([email protected]) cancellation are also accepted. A 14-day cooling-off period applies to new purchases and renewals, with a full refund if no products were ordered using the membership; if orders were placed during that window, a pro-rated deduction may apply. Monthly members must complete a 3-month minimum term before cancelling; annual members can cancel auto-renewal at any time and their membership runs to the end of the paid period.
