How hard is it to cancel Bean Box?

Bean Box coffee subscriptions can be cancelled online via the account dashboard, by email ([email protected]), by phone (888-923-8596), or by mail. Cancellations must be submitted before 1 PM PST on the Wednesday preceding a scheduled shipment to avoid the next charge; requests received after that cutoff are subject to a final charge. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and customers may also pause or skip shipments at any time through their account. Refunds are issued as Bean Box store credit (not cash) and no refunds are given on shipping costs.

Applicable to California residents under CCPA/CPRA and other applicable laws. Response within 45 days. Also reachable by mail to Bean Box, Inc., 1037 NE 65th Street, PMB 326, Seattle, WA 98115.
