BASE monthly plans in Belgium have no fixed term and can be cancelled at any time via an online web form, by phone (1999 or +32 486 19 1999), by post, or in person at a BASE shop. For mobile number transfers or internet/TV switches, the new provider handles cancellation via Easy Switch or number portability. A 14-day right of withdrawal applies to new subscriptions and device purchases. Prepaid card remaining credit can be refunded within one month of switching providers, and customers must return modems and TV boxes within 30 days of cancellation or face residual device charges.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
