BarkBox subscribers can cancel online via the account dashboard (disable auto-renewal), by phone at 855-944-2275, or by contacting the Happy Team via email or chat. Monthly plans can be canceled anytime and take effect at end of the current period; 3-, 6-, and 12-month commitment plans cannot be ended early and run to completion after auto-renewal is disabled. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the 1st of the calendar month following the current subscription period, or they roll to the next period. BARK states no obligation to provide refunds for amounts already paid.
