How hard is it to cancel Bandcamp?
Bandcamp scores 80/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), in-app.
Bandcamp subscriptions (both fan artist subscriptions and Pro accounts) can be cancelled at any time online via the website or mobile app through Settings > Subscriptions (or Profile > Account Details for Pro). Cancellation takes effect immediately but access continues through the end of the already-paid billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time in the current period, and no further charges occur after cancellation. Items added to a fan's collection while subscribed are retained after cancellation.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
