The terms split sharply by plan type, and which one a customer is on decides whether they can leave at all. Month-to-month: 'You may terminate your subscription at any time. The effective date of any such termination will be the last day of the subscription month in which you canceled your subscription.' Extended Term: 'your subscription is non-cancelable until the end of the Term ... and all fees paid hereunder are non-refundable', with a penalty for trying - 'If you attempt to terminate this Agreement without cause or you deactivate the Service, you will owe any unpaid fees for the remainder of the term' - and non-renewal requiring 'a minimum of sixty (60) days notice before the expiration of your existing Term'. A refund exists only where BambooHR itself fails to deliver and does not cure within 30 days of written notice, in which case prepaid fees for the unused portion are returned.
