Baemin Club (Woowa Brothers' Baedal Minjok delivery membership) is cancelled self-serve in the app via My Baemin > Baemin Club usage info > Cancel; benefits continue until the next billing date and auto-billing then stops. A full refund applies only if no benefit was used; otherwise only a cancellation reservation is possible. Customer service (1600-0987 / chat / email) is also available.
