How hard is it to cancel Badoo?
Badoo scores 71/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), in-app.
Badoo subscriptions can be cancelled online via the Badoo website (for card/PayPal subscribers) or through the App Store/Google Play settings (for mobile subscribers); cancellation stops auto-renewal and access continues until the current period ends. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing date to avoid the next charge. No refunds are issued for the remaining portion of an active subscription period; card/PayPal refund requests go through Badoo support, while App Store and Google Play purchases are refunded through Apple and Google respectively. There is no documented pause or freeze option.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
