Aura Health subscriptions can be cancelled at any time in-app (Me > Menu > Edit Account > Cancel or downgrade subscriptions) or by emailing [email protected]; auto-renewal must be turned off at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. No pause or freeze option is offered; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period with access retained until then. Refunds for Apple App Store purchases must be requested directly from Apple; Google Play refunds require emailing Aura with the transaction ID; web purchases can be refunded by emailing Aura with the receipt, with a 5–10 business day processing time. No prorated refunds are mentioned for mid-cycle cancellations.
