How hard is it to cancel Atresplayer?

Atresplayer Premium is cancelled self-serve from the account area (Mi Cuenta then the Suscripcion/Mi Plan section, Cancelar suscripcion); subscriptions bought through Apple, Amazon or Google must be cancelled with that provider. The terms recognise a 14-day right of withdrawal (derecho de desistimiento) from contracting, provided the platform has not been accessed, with refund issued within 14 days of notice. Outside that window, subscription payments are non-refundable and the service runs to the end of the billing period; once a renewal has charged, Atresmedia states it cannot reverse it and the baja takes effect at period end. Auto-renewal applies unless cancelled beforehand. Account data retention is governed by the privacy policy.
