Artlist subscriptions are cancelled online via the account Billing section (Subscription details > Cancel Renewal); access continues until the end of the current billing period with no proration. Refunds are available only if requested within 14 days of payment AND no assets have been downloaded, generated, or used in a project — once any asset is used the subscription is non-refundable. There is no pause or freeze option; account deletion requires contacting support after the subscription has fully expired.
