Armoire members can cancel at any time by navigating to Account > Membership > 'cancel membership' in the online dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Members must cancel at least 72 hours (and ideally 1 full day) before their renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle. Armoire enforces a strict no-refund policy, membership payments and item purchases are non-refundable, and pre-paid plans cannot be cancelled early for a refund. Unreturned items after cancellation are charged at the full member sale price plus processing and restocking fees if not returned within a 30-day grace period.

  • Pause/freeze: available, Members can pause via 'Skip a Month' in their account. Monthly-plan members must request the pause at least 1 day before the billing cycle ends; it activates at the next billing cycle start. Pre-pay members' pause takes effect immediately and billing shifts 30 days. Outstanding items must be returned before the pause ends to extend it further.
  • Account/data deletion: Contact support at [email protected] to access, correct, amend, or delete personal information.
