Archer subscriptions are cancelled through the platform where the subscription was purchased: iOS subscribers must cancel via Apple App Store settings, Android subscribers via Google Play, and direct subscribers may cancel through in-app profile/payment settings or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period with no pro-rated refund, except that users may cancel within three business days of initial subscription for a full refund, or in cases of death or disability. Virtual item purchases are final and non-refundable. Archer (a Match Group app) announced it would shut down on June 17, 2026, with auto-renewal turned off ahead of that date.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights, scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
