How hard is it to cancel Apple Fitness+?

Apple Fitness+ subscriptions can be cancelled online via account.apple.com or through the Settings/Fitness app on any Apple device — no phone call required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (access continues until then); users should cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge. Apple's general stance is that all transactions are final, but refunds can be requested case-by-case at reportaproblem.apple.com with no guaranteed proration. No subscription pause or freeze option exists.
