Cancellation must be initiated at least 24 hours before the next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing period; access continues until the end of the current paid period. No proration refunds are provided in the US (prorated refunds apply only in Germany, Israel, South Africa, and Turkey); refund requests for unintended charges can be submitted at reportaproblem.apple.com.
