How hard is it to cancel Any.do?

Any.do scores 80/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), in-app.

Last reviewed 2026-06-06 · Documented-Policy tier · grade B

Any.do subscriptions must be cancelled through the platform where they were purchased: via Settings > My Profile > Manage Subscription on the web app for direct purchases, or through Apple App Store, Google Play, or Huawei AppGallery for mobile purchases. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle and paid features remain active until then. Refunds are available only within 48 hours of payment for Premium, Family, and monthly Workspace plans, and within 14 days for annual Workspace plans; no prorated refunds are offered after these windows. Uninstalling the app or deleting the account does not constitute cancellation and does not trigger a refund.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
