How to cancel Amazon Prime

  • Pause/freeze: available, Pause for up to 365 days (Monthly or Annual plans) and resume manually; personalized settings are preserved. After 365 consecutive paused days the membership auto-cancels.
  • Account/data deletion: Cancelling Prime does not close your Amazon account or delete data (you lose Prime Video watchlist/household and Prime-tied Photos/Music).
