A full refund is available if cancelled within 3 business days of signing up or converting from a free trial (minus the value of content used); outside that window, a full refund is only issued if no subscription content was accessed since the last charge. There is no documented pause or freeze option for Luna subscriptions. Game progress saved to the Amazon account is retained and restored upon resubscription.
