Subscribers can cancel online via a 'cancel my subscription' button at the bottom of the Subscriptions page in their account, or by emailing [email protected] (previously [email protected]), or by phone (020 8068 1700, Mon–Fri 9am–6pm). Cancellation must be completed by 8am, two days before the next scheduled delivery to take effect for that cycle. No returns are accepted due to the frozen nature of the products; any approved refunds take 3–5 working days to reach the customer's bank. The subscription is described as fully flexible: customers can also pause, skip, or delay deliveries from their account at any time.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
