ALDImobile is prepaid and contract-free with no cancellation fee. To cancel, turn off Auto Recharge in the My ALDI Mobile online account or app (or call 1300 989 000 / raise an eSupport ticket). Porting the number to another provider (Australia: direct number transfer, no PAC) automatically terminates the ALDImobile service in minutes to one business day; once a port is actioned it cannot be stopped, though a reversal can be requested from the new provider after completion. Unused data does not roll over; PAYG credit can transfer on ownership change.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights, scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
