AKT memberships require a written 30-day cancellation notice with requests made in person at the studio, via the online account page, or by email to [email protected]. Select memberships carry an additional cancellation fee. Members retain access through the remainder of the current billing period but are not entitled to any refund of any kind. A membership freeze is available on eligible plans for $5/month with at least 2 weeks notice to the home studio.
