How hard is it to cancel Akiflow?

Akiflow scores 76/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the IT — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve).

Last reviewed 2026-06-16 · Documented-Policy tier · grade B

Akiflow web subscriptions are cancelled self-serve by signing in and going to Settings > Account > Manage Account > Billing, then scrolling to Cancel Subscription. The account remains active until the end of the current billing period and is not charged for the next cycle. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play must be cancelled through the respective store, since Akiflow's site only cancels web subscriptions. Refunds are generally not offered as standard practice, though EU/EEA/UK consumers may withdraw within 14 days of signup if the service was unused. Deleting the account removes all data irreversibly and automatically cancels the subscription. Akiflow is based in Padua, Italy.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
