Aiven's Terms of Service are governed by the substantive laws of Finland (Section 14.1), with the overall agreement terminable by either party on two months written notice (Section 12.2) while individual Cloud Services can be cancelled at any time through the account. Fees are charged monthly in arrears via Stripe, no refund provision is stated, and any fees owed up to the termination date become due (Sections 3.3 and 12.4).
