How hard is it to cancel AI Hero?

AI Hero sells one-time course purchases (cohorts). There is no self-serve online cancellation portal. To cancel or request a refund, contact [email protected]. A 30-day refund policy applies from date of purchase; sale/discounted items are not eligible. Access to purchased courses is lifetime (no recurring subscription to cancel for most products). Refunds are credited back to the original payment method.
