How hard is it to cancel Aha?
Aha scores 81/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the IN — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), app-store.
Aha is a paid Telugu/Tamil OTT subscription service. The Terms of Service state that cancellation can be done through the 'Account' section of the Platform, and app-store purchases are managed through the respective payment application. Subscription fees are final and non-refundable after seven (7) days from the date of purchase, and Aha does not provide prorated credits for partial periods. If a user cancels within 48 hours before a scheduled auto-debit, they are responsible for also disabling auto-payment in their payment method; cancelling more than 48 hours ahead does not require this. Profile/account deletion is requested via [email protected] and is irreversible, with compliance data retained for at least 180 days.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
