How hard is it to cancel Afrihost?

Afrihost packages are month-to-month with no fixed-term contracts and cancellations are accepted only through the ClientZone portal, not by email. One calendar month notice applies; for non-fibre services cancellations before the 15th take effect at month-end while those after the 15th take effect the following month-end, and fibre cancellations require a full calendar month notice.
