How hard is it to cancel Adore Me?

Both the VIP Membership (ended Feb 28, 2026) and Elite Subscription Box (ended April 1, 2026) have been discontinued by Victoria's Secret/Adore Me; no recurring subscription currently exists. While active, both programs could be cancelled online via the account dashboard with a multi-step flow; phone (1-800-433-2367) and email ([email protected]) were also accepted channels. VIP store credit charges were refundable within 30 days self-serve in-account; charges older than 30 days but under one year required a phone call to customer service. The current 'Adore Me Premier' plan is a $12.95/year non-auto-renewing optional membership with no cancellation required and a non-refundable fee.
