The cancellation must arrive by September 30 of the current calendar year and takes effect at year-end (December 31); for postal submissions the postmark date counts. The membership auto-renews for another year if not cancelled in text form by the deadline. Only the primary member can cancel; third parties need a power of attorney. No refund of unused membership fee is stated.
