How hard is it to cancel ABCmouse?
ABCmouse scores 76/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US, a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), in-app.
ABCmouse can be cancelled online via the Parent Section (My Account > Cancellation panel) on the website or in-app, or through the Apple App Store or Google Play if billed via those platforms. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period with no additional fees; access continues until that date. All subscriptions are prepaid and non-refundable, no prorated or full refunds are issued after a charge. A retention offer (discounted rate) may appear during the multi-step cancellation flow; deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights, scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
