Aaptiv subscriptions can be cancelled online via account settings (my.aaptiv.com/member/settings > Manage Subscription > Cancel Plan), through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store for mobile sign-ups, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next renewal date to avoid being charged for the following billing period; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed for partial periods, though cancelled subscriptions without a refund retain access through the billing cycle end. No pause or freeze option is documented.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
